Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect the full deposit and charge the full payment at checkout.

You can cancel a pre-order after payment for a full refund, but only if the order has not shipped.
